How we started?
The idea came to light through the director’s own experience in managing his own properties when he faced a lengthy, time consuming and costly court’s proceedings to vacate his property. Whilst, dealing with the tenants and court matters, he was also managing his other properties through Airbnb and Booking.com which was proving a pleasant and rewarding experience. Inspired by the idea and frustrated with the tenants’ eviction experience, the director decided to launch this exciting and proven business model which he considers a total win situation for the landlords.

How do I get started?

How will I receive my rental income?
In case of our rental management services, you will receive your rental income directly through the booking platforms and we will only invoice you for our agreed management services.
For our guaranteed renting option, Instant Estates will pay you the agreed monthly rent according to the terms and conditions signed.
How is the access to the property managed?
It depends on what kind of access your property has.
Nevertheless, Instant Estates manages the entire process on your behalf from sending relevant access information to the guest through to their check-out.
Can I communicate with my guests?
Although, you may be able to communicate with your guests directly but for a smooth and pleasant experience, we recommend leaving this to us because we believe that your guests are our experience. We will do everything we can to ensure your guest have the best staying experience with us.
Who takes care of the cleaning and housekeeping?
Having Instant Estates in-charge of your property, you don’t have to worry about cleaning.
We take care of everything. With our professional expertise, we ensure the property is cleaned to the highest standards.
Whilst the clean is taking place laundry is delivered. The cleaners make the beds, leave fresh towels and remove old laundry.
